Looking for a Mental Health Care Plan?
If you are experiencing psychological symptoms, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate for part of the cost associated with your treatment for at least six sessions with a psychologist - every year.
To obtain a Mental Health Care Plan, visit your General Practitioner (GP), let them know what you're going through, and ask about a referral to a psychologist.
When making an appointment to see your GP, it's a good idea to let them know the reason for your visit, as some GP's prefer you book an extended appointment to allow sufficient time to complete your mental health care plan.
If you think Brite Psychology could be a good fit for your needs, you can suggest our service to your GP when discussing your treatment plan. We welcome new referrals.
